Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

1. Online Courses
All online course purchases are non-transferable.
Once you enroll in a course, access is granted immediately or within a short period. Due to the digital nature of the content, we offer refunds if you the request is raised within 7days from the date of enrollment.
Refund time frame – once your refund is approved the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10days
Physical Books – Return & Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
a. Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive a book different from what you ordered, you may request a exchange/replacement
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order ID and a photo of the item received.
b. Damaged Product
If the book is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it.
Include clear images of the damage and the packaging.
In both cases:
We will offer a replacement/exchange or full refund based on availability and customer preference.
If the return is approved the exchange/replaced product will be re-delivered within 5-7days
If the refund is approved the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10days
